The web server is going to move after the Chinese New Year. Current Internet connection and IP address of yoyoforum will be changed after relocation. You may not be able to reach the forum (220.135.239.77) after 3/5 if the new access cannot be ready in time.

Because the new IP address is not known at this moment, it will take some time to setup the correct domain name mapping after moving. A best try is to check forum.yoyo.tw first if you cannot connect. I will update the status and try to restore the service as soon as possible then.

The IP address of web server is about to change. The new IP address is 220.132.14.146. The server will be shutdown during 18:00-24:00 today for relocation.

After the relocation, you can access the web via forum.yoyo.tw, or 220.132.14.146 before all domain name mapping has been setup correctly.

You can change DNS to the new IP address today (if possible). The new connection will be ready today. I will talk to you later after I finish the setup. Thanks!

由於DNS改變,希望大家將您電腦上的DNS Server IP指向 168.95.1.1(Hinet DNS IP:因為我們的Yoyo.tw是在Hinet註冊的) 已獲取最新的DNS資料

設定方法: 電腦左下角"開始"->設定->網路連線->區域網路(或無線網路)->內容->Internet protocol(TCP/IP)->內容->使用以下的DNS位址->鍵入 168.95.1.1 ->確定

這樣您的網路URL就會參考HINet 的DNS...以獲取最新的DNS地址及IP對應了

Hi,

Yoyoforum's IP address has been changed to 122.116.234.216 since 1/18 because HiNet modified the system.
If you used to use numbered IP address to connect to the forum, please update it.

The DNS / redirect services have also been updated, so you should be able to connect to the forum via

http://www.yoyoforum.com

I decided not to extend my rental lease in 民生社區 for another year.
The rent wasn't cheap. A better strategy for me would be to buy an apartment in NY and if I wanted to go back to Taipei, I can just arrange a house swap with somebody in Taipei. This could be a 3-6 month arrangement.
