The slow-moving typhoon Sinlaku makes today the other messy day. I cannot stand it any more. (When on earth will it leave? I need sunlight!) It has been raining all day long. The sky is grey. The mood is blue. Everything is damp.
Bad weather makes English in Elementary School even depressing. After great efforts spent, my daughter still cannot get the pronunciation straight. I absolutely hate Phonics.
Can anyone tell me why schools have dumped KK?

(they rhyme with suite and straight and debt).

Nor both in bother, broth, or brother,
And here is not a match for there,
Nor dear and fear for bear and pear,
And then there's doze and rose and lose-
Just look them up- and goose and choose,
And cork and work and card and ward
And font and front and word and sword,
And do and go and thwart and cart-
Come, I've hardly made a start!
A dreadful language? Man alive!
I'd learned to speak it when I was five!
And yet to write it, the more I sigh,
I'll not learn how 'til the day I die.

這颱風來的慢
去的也慢
早上去基隆拍日出
出門前看了衛星雲圖
感覺還蠻有希望的
不過...唉...又槓龜了！
居然是一張也沒得拍
不過今天有找到新的拍攝點
