Please turn my deposit into membership fee. Good job. You are handling this issue quite well.

i for one support this idea to turn the refundable money into membership fee. in my opinion, it will be easier for yoyo officers to run the club and do the jobs.

i guess there might be some concerns about how to use the money properly but, the thing is, if no one wants to take the duty to take care of the club now, or in the future, and then it disappears one day, we will still have no chance to get our money back. so, people will either get their money back now or never, i would say.

yoyo survives because of people's willingness to spend time on it. if we still want to keep joining yoyo's meetings or activities, or what, the money won't be a big deal. since i still want to attend the meetings often, i agree with the decision that i think would make the jobs easier for those who spending time on taking care the club. just hope yoyo will last as long as possible lo since learning English is my interest.. ok, i admit my life's boring

anyway, please turn my deposit into membership fee, and thank all the officers and those who have ever paid their efforts in it

首先謝謝許多會員的支持，目前在手中的資料，已回覆的問卷大部份
捐給社團；有些親自告知。有幾個會員親自退費，約15個會員選擇
匯款；有的還沒回覆。等統計到一個段落，會請Double再匯款（扣除
匯費）。其實有些會員早就已辦退費，而有些退費的金額也不同如：
600，800，900,1000元等。我們的社團在早期的規章已改變很多，早
期人員及經費都少較為單純。現在會員及會費增加，同時道德風險也
增加（如會長保管會費），所以才會推動此方案，主要為降低風險。
也可讓已無法或不再參加的會員領回（或捐贈）保證金。而繼續參加
者就使用者付費也屬公平。
經營一個社團是需要許多人的付出與支持，很感謝有很多幹部與會員
的支持；在此我要特別感謝Double,我請她做問卷及統計。她下班後
為了做這些事情甚至忙到半夜，還要了解不同的意見（造成她的困擾
而萌生退意）。不同的意見是可以被接受，只是在此時如要考慮太多
將無法執行；所以如有不週之處請見諒。

很多事情做起來吃力不討好,因每個人的見解與看事情的角度大多不甚相同
但延拓不做卻又使狀況停滯不前,增加未來處理的風險
誠如一些資深會員所言,一個政策不可能討好所有的人,不管什麼措施一定有褒有貶
但路總是要繼續前進,願意擔負責任犧牲奉獻的人我個人認為是非營利性社團珍貴的資產.

許多做法必須放眼未來而非僅著重於眼前,所以請大家能體諒執行者所背負的責任與肩上的重擔
以包容與協助代替批評與責難
當然我們也傾聽不同的聲音, 我想其實大家共同的希望是一致的,無非是期待一個更美好的YOYO.

應會長Steve與Double的建議,我已將2010年社團的帳務清冊連同YOYO通訊錄以email寄給大家
沒有收到的會員請幫忙轉發,或者來訊告知新的email地址以利重新發送.

退費的事務在公告的曰期（六月）結束，算是到了一個段落。
謝謝継續支持Yoyo的會員們；更感謝承辦的幹部 們：Double,
Sherry及Kooper.讓我感到遺憾的是：我們的財務Double無法
繼續再擔任此職位，無論如何，我在此代表大家向Double致謝。
