Hello, 我是 Mark Liou

六年級六班, 來自風和日麗的台中, 先介紹我特別的地方吧, 我喜歡做菜和上菜市場買菜 ( 上輩子應該是家庭主婦 !! ) 得意作品是"紅醬海鮮義大利麵" 和 "金針菇炒牛肉絲燉葡萄乾", 另外就是會彈鋼琴 ( 檢定七級 ), 曾經為前女友的生日而學人家苦練野蠻女友主題曲"卡農".

我有雙重身分, 白天在新店的威盛電子工作, 職業是通訊 IC 研發工程師, 晚上在台大電機攻讀博士 ( 不喜歡別人說工程師是木頭, 我們也是有感性一面的啊 !! )

休閒活動是看影集和讀小說, 另外很喜歡運動,平時交通都靠我的自行車"小馬", 羽球自認殺球功夫還不錯, 希望有機會可以和 yoyo 的高手們切磋.


個性隨和好相處, 喜歡和個性單純乾脆的人作朋友, 看到陌生人有時候會害羞有時候會很 high, 自己也不太清楚 !!

前陣子剛結束一段關係, 目前正處於感情空窗期, 希望未來有機會可以遇到麻吉的女生.

很高興加入 yoyo 社團, 終於讓我找到可以練英文又可以交朋友的地方 !!

金針菇炒牛肉絲燉葡萄乾?
能說明一下是怎麼做嗎?我一般是用蔥來炒牛肉絲，用金針菇就沒試過。

原來David也愛炒菜!!
其實還蠻簡單的
1.將葡萄乾和金針菇丟入水煮,煮到葡萄乾變的很軟(約20min)
2.將醃過的牛肉絲加蔥,蒜頭及一起炒,記得別炒太熟,牛肉軟一點比較好吃
3.將葡萄乾和金針菇撈起來,水份要瀝調,放入炒鍋中和牛肉再用小火微炒一下
4.最後就可以享用具葡萄乾甜味,金針菇和牛肉香味的一道菜囉

Hate to admit but I used to enjoy cooking, partly because I used to work long hours in the kitchen of Chinese restaurant that my uncle owned in New Jersey. 12-13 hours of constant manual labor for the entire summer vacation and countless weekends (The pay was about $800/mo.)The only time I get to sit down was 3pm and 9 pm. That is perhaps the official lunch and dinner time for all Chinese restaurant staffs in the USA.
Grocery shopping is fun only if you have a girlfriend. To do it alone is just too depressing.

After long hours, the smell of Chinese Restaurant gets into your cloth and not to mention your hair. At the time, the chef gets $2000/mo. I was related to the boss of the restaurant but they did not give me any less work. Everybody in the kitchen works constantly and seemed happy about their own piece of American dream. My uncle the boss do provide free dormitory housing for all restaurant staffs. So what ever they earn is what they have in their pocket. Phone calls to their family far away and occasional Atlantic City casino visits seem to be their major expenses. Those who knows some English and are presentable gets to be serving staffs (waiters and waitress) Waiters earns more, but it depends on the business. Many waiters have their own cars and some even seemed to have night lives. Very few of them end up saving their money, because, money flies when you are having fun.

當初是為了健康因素才開始自己作菜,沒想到欲罷不能!!
現在星期天不逛一下菜市場就覺的渾身不對勁
剛看到David Liao的事情,覺的健康真的比什麼都重要啊!!

其實做菜最有成就的樂趣是
把討厭吃或難吃的食材 " 改頭換面 " 成美味可口的佳餚 !

對小朋友呢 還要說一個食物大冒險的好玩故事
這樣 那難吃的食物就像施了魔法的神奇寶貝輕易滑進小朋友那挑剔的嘴裏 !

Maybe it’s your little joke or good intention but a little bit excessive …
Lydia is very attentive to the nutritional balance of her children ~
Besides, not to pick and choose and to assimilate different kind of foods in an appropriate amount is good to our health !
