Time goes by fast. A year ago, Tina passed the torch to us. Since then, we have been thinking about YoYo's culture and traditions, how we can sustain the club's core values and how we can improve the culture where needed. Now a year has passed, and it's time to hand over the baton. It would be nice to hear from our members what they think YoYo's future should hold: what is good to maintain and what would be nice to change. Hope these reflections serve as good reference points for the new leadership team!

We probably don't need the whole two hours to discuss YoYo culture, so we will next chat about your company/organizational culture and compare to the "Google culture". Though we may not be the VIP at work, I do believe each individual has his/her influence. Maybe that is something we can strive for as one of our New Year's resolutions?
