"Sports" redirects here. For the Australian rock band, see The Sports. For the album by Huey Lewis & The News, see Sports (album).
This article is about the activity. For the British magazine called Sport, see Sport (magazine). For the American magazine called SPORT, see Sport magazine.
Sport is an activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Sports commonly refer to activities where the physical capabilities of the competitor are the sole or primary determiner of the outcome (winning or losing), but the term is also used to include activities such as mind sports (a common name for some card games and board games with little to no element of chance) and motor sports where mental acuity or equipment quality are major factors. Some of the physical sports include football, soccer, basketball and baseball.

though i haven't really felt that, it seems true! i read an article recently saying that people can experience an intense euphoria after an endurance event. but how about you? maybe we can also share our experience about this with each other to see if this report is sustained or not. :D
i might be a cynic and, a sceptic as well but, i'm definitely not a bad person!!

Sports is as much a mind game as a physiological one. The one vocabulary that capture this notion has to be Proprioception (pronounced /ˌproʊpriːəˈsɛpʃən/ PRO-pree-o-SEP-shun); from Latin proprius, meaning "one's own" and perception) is the sense of the relative position of neighbouring parts of the body. Unlike the six exteroceptive senses (sight, taste, smell, touch, hearing, and balance) by which we perceive the outside world, and interoceptive senses, by which we perceive the pain and the stretching of internal organs, proprioception is a third distinct sensory modality that provides feedback solely on the status of the body internally. It is the sense that indicates whether the body is moving with required effort, as well as where the various parts of the body are located in relation to each other.
Kinesthesia is another term that is often used interchangeably with proprioception, though use of the term "kinesthesia" can place a greater emphasis on motion.

I am not abandoning Yoyo, I am just dancing slowly away from it.
