Interview (9/22)

文章 Salina »

As I know, there are some of our members including me who are jobless now. Some are taking the opportunity to take a vacation; some are starting to look for a new job. No matter that you are hired or not, “THE INTERVIEW” is a process we have to go through after graduating from schools or even earlier. There are many “do's and don'ts” to follow to help us have a successful interview or to avoid some mistakes. You are welcome to come here to share your treasured experiences with us.
The following are some questions we can discuss on this Wed night.

1. Please list five questions you were asked the most; five questions you will ask your interviewers during the interview. Have you ever been asked very weird or embarrassing questions before? How did you cope with it?

2. Share with us your most interesting or nervous interview experiences for getting a good job or applying for a school attendance permission. Did you succeed or fail?

3. Do you think it's unavoidable or necessary to overstate your working abilities by some degree? Have you ever told a white lie while getting interviewed?

4. What preparations will you usually make before attending an interview? What will you do after your interview? For example, to call or write a short note to the interviewer to thank them for their time is good for making a lasting impression and greatly increases your odds of success.

5. Do you think appearance is an important factor of applying for a job, except specific works like stars, models, etc?

6. Please describe what's the ideal company and job in your mind.
