Session I.

1. Do you know what's the definitely local Taiwan Food/drinks?（not inherited or reformed from other countries?）

2. How many kinds of foreign cuisine you have ever had? Indian food, Japan food, Korean food, Mexico food, Israel food, Thaifood or even 粵菜 閩菜, 川菜 and so on?
Which of them you would be happy to enjoy daily?

3. If you have enjoyed for example, Indian food or Thai-food in both India/Thailand and Taiwan, try to compare:
a. Which one would be more delicious for you? or you feel too salty or too spicy something like that could be subjective.
b. Have you thought about why the difference comes out and which would be more popular for the public including Taiwan
people and foreigners?

4. Assume your group members are foreigners，try to recommend one or two the best restaurants and introduce one to two dish you prefer most to them to explain why you recommend it. Next please elect one to present this part for your group and other group members can help advise how to do a better recommendation.


Session II.

One of my friend, a remarkable cooker and Entrepreneur told me he technically divide the components of "food experience"
to few parts:

The environment and atmosphere of a restaurant including if it's clean, easy to park, good waiter/waitress: 30%
The cooker(responsible for food, delicious and safe): 30%
The condition of the customer (including their own mood and their partners) : 30%
And the weather condition owns the rest 10%.

1. In this kind of philosophy, which part is the more important for you? Please list your priorities and share why.

2. Do you cook for yourself or your family? If yes share the best you've ever made to your group.
