7/26(Tue) Marvel VS. DC -- Do you find your hero?

Hi All,

Actually I never thought before I will discuss this kind of topic. Till 5 years ago, I am not a movie guy. And till 3 years, I don't like Super hero movies at all. It's obvious that they are a group of people owning great power but act like idiots, isn't it? When one of my best friend said I was wrong, Iron men and Thor are touching stories and movies, I still thought: WTH...

I didn't start watch super hero movies till 2 years ago and the first one is Iron men. Because by that time I got bored and need some entertainment and I've heard for years from my friend that it's both funny and touching. I thought the risk is low to spend time on it.
To my surprise and maybe your surprise too, I then finished all iron men and all Thor movies and CA. I also watched X men DOFP and The first class.

I think it's true and there is still one thing that I never thought that would be "Marvel Universe" and "DC Universe" raising. How come movies from the same film can shape a universe? But there is never B v S before right? Also Hulk and CA become team members.

Nevertheless, I believe for people having attracted by movies from these two films, there should be some interesting topics to discuss.

When the world is stuffed with superheros, ironically they all turn mediocre because no one can dominate.

In such world, who can be the one? I guess only Super Saiyan wins the crown because they are super 2.0 and above.

Not exactly...becuase Thanos in Marvel can destroy the Universe and he had did once before.
See every country needs to have a hero capable of destroying everything.
For Indian, that could be Shiva.

From most people's answer, I got idea why Iron man is so popular. Handsome, intelligent, rich and as a normal people competitive with other super hero.
