Last time I heard a foreigner said that he wished we Taiwanese could stop "feeding" him. He even suspected that some of us just enjoyed seeing his funny face after trying some weird food. How about you? Would you guys take a bite of the exotic weird food offered by a local? Is foreign cousine a big thing on your to-do list when you're traveling?

In the article of session two, a well-written sentence impressed me: "...the balance of control – that fine line between being over-controlling and under-controlling - to be enough of a presence as a source of help, but not so much as to overshadow her players." What a great reminder for a boss (or a parent, teacher, etc.)! The point of balance is always hard to find for inexperienced leaders, though.
