wow~ another courageous new member Debby is to host a meeting so soon, and a nice topic too, i would say. got to give support to her to attend the meeting lo~ :D
i might be a cynic and, a sceptic as well but, i'm definitely not a bad person!!

by the way, the link below is something relevant to critical thinking in which you can get some critical ideas about the thinking. fyi lo~ http://philosophy.hku.hk/think/critical/ct.php

apart from that, there's a sentence i like very much that might be a good way to foster thinking, if not critical thinking, ability in my opinion,
"love is like a butterfly it goes where it pleases and it pleases where it goes".. ah~ not this one, thought this sentence is beautiful haa~ the sentence i mentioned is,

“Don’t just teach your children to read… Teach them to question what they read. Teach them to question everything.”
