文章 James Chen »

Hi all, this is James Chen, I am going to host a YoYo meeting next Tuesday (10/31),

As a saying goes that you must understand the targeted person if you want to have a great communication,
Since our social environment is very different from the past,
it shall be a good subject to discuss, Generation Differences, then you can find a better way to talk or communicate with your bosses, colleagues, members, parents, or children,

See you next Tuesday!

Hi, YOYO members:

This is Musha Tseng. I am going to host a YOYO meeting for the first time on 10/4. Let's talk about generation differences.
People usually say different generations have big gaps. However, how are the generations classified and what are the typical traits of the generations? Let's read this article first:

http://www.talentedheads.com/2013/04/09 ... -confused/

Session one:
1. Baby Boomers (born from 1946 to 1964)
Are baby boomers really better entrepreneurs than other generations are? Or just the circumstances mainly contributed to the economic growth?

2. X Generation (born from 1960 to 1980)
Do you belong to X generation or do you know anyone who is X generation?
Do their personalities meet the article’s descriptions? If not, how is X generation different from others?

3. Do you really see the generation differences? Introduce some people you know who are not typical Baby Boomers or X Generation.

Session two:
4. Y Generation (Born from 1980 to 2000)
Y generation people are the children of Baby Boomers. What are some conflicts between these two generations? How can these conflicts be solved?

5. Z Generation (born after 2000)
How well do you know about Z Generation? Can you understand Z Generation’s behaviors? What are your opinions about this generation? Do you identify any interesting traits from this generation?

6. If you could choose, what generation and what time do you wish to be in? Why?
Are you satisfied with the time being?

Hi, James, that is a smart pick. There are many topics in our data base, and you've chosen a great one. Good job.

And, alas! I used to think I belong to that side of the generation gap, but just recently, I found myself always on this side of the gap. It's especially pitiful that there is no way back....

Now we know who really reads the articles. Good for you, Luis.
Maybe the link I googled here is similar to the original one?
