3/10(Tue) What would you do if the next ten years was your last ten years? (Host: James Chen)

Hi Yoyos,
I would like to host the 3/10 Yoyo meeting for discussing “What would you do if the next ten years was your last ten years?”.

Take myself as an example, I was just discharged from a hospital and am still in recovery after an urgent surgical operation last week. I was transferred to the operation room from an emergency room. And the ambulance brings me to the hospital was due to I faced a huge problem: I can’t move, can’t walk, even if I had a wheelchair…I can’t sit on it for 30 seconds…I can’t sit on my bed.
Laying on my bed is the only posture that I won’t feel a sharp pain.
Then I stayed on my bed for 5 days…if you want to know more about my experience, I will share with you during the coming meeting.

Maybe you find there is a lot of things that you want to do in your last ten years of your life, but are you healthy or strong enough to do that? If you think you are not strong enough, however, you definitely know some tips to improve it, that will be the key point for session II. There's a saying that goes "Two heads are better than one”. So, let`s share some ideas to make us strong enough to complete important things before the end of our life.

Session II: Let`s discuss how to make you healthy enough and strong enough to make those things done before you die.
Q4: Do you have any tips that might help to improve someone`s heath, especially that you think not very people know about? If you have please share it with your group.
Q5: Did you ever hear about any tip that might help to improve our health, please share with your group? e.g. To push down a specific acupoint, To keep a specific position for 10 or 30 minutes every day.......
