Hi Everyone,

It's me taking host again and this time I would like to invite yo to watch this speech and share your experience of the key factors of solving problems/issues.
In this speech, the speaker mentioned a few protests worldwide including 太陽花 in Taiwan and she also mentioned that these protests grabbed global attention though, the achievement was not as high as it was during the old days without Internet and she tried to found out why.

I think this could be extended to two aspects. Like last time, I will divide the two sessions in our meeting in a different way:

Session I. (Start from 1900 to 1940 as a warm up, no regroup, no presentation)

1. Around the world, in every continent, there are people fighting against their corrupt governments or injustice situations. We know those events because of Internet instead of hearing from your neighborhood who just visited those countries. Have you heard any successful cases among them?

2. A key factor explained by the speaker "Thing together collectively". I think commonly it could be explained how a group of people sync information and thinking with each other. That should not be a new thing for us in our work field. What are the methodologies/skills applied in your company or team to do this?

3. "I never add sugar in tea", another interesting line from the story told by the speaker, what does the story mean to you?

Session II (Regroup, start from 1945 to 2030 and presentation)

4. Extend from 1, what is the role of Internet and what are the factors you see why the local citizens got what they want or failed?

5. Extend from 2, how does those methodologies work? effectively or ineffectively? What are factors to make them so?

6. Are you a leader in your family, department in your company or NPO parties?

a. If yes, how do you decide when and where members should have their own freedom to choose and what kind of stuff everyone should comply the same rule?

b. if no, what are the goodness and badness you learned from your leaders?

7. Before becoming successful in our positions, we need to be alive. What are your secrets to survive and what are the difficulties that is not so obvious but true key factors?
