Hi everyone,I'm Mandy. It's my honor to be the host on July 17, and it's also my first time to host in yoyo :)

Session 1: Speak up in the meeting?

Questions:

1.Are you afraid of sharing your own opinion during the meeting? If so, what are your concerns?

2.There are "principles for speaking up"in the first article, and 4 strategies in the second article. Which strategies can help you speak up in the meeting? Or please share your own?

3.Do you think whether you are an introvert or extrovert person would affect your willingness to speak up during the meeting?If you are an introvert/extrovert person, how can you make yourself "engage" during the meeting?

4.In your working experience, does/did your company welcome different opinion during the meeting?Do you think this would affect your willingness to speak up?

5.If someone refute your opinion during the meeting, how would you feel? How would you react?

Q2: Please think about a difficult situation you had encountered:
a.How did you see this situation with different viewpoints(For example, hard task gave you a lot of pressure,
but also gained more experience)?
b.In this situation, you prefer to believe in which side more? Why?
