Session 1: in the First session we’ll make it short and let everyone get clear on the direction we’re discussing.

1. When is prisoner’s dilemma?
2. Last year, when the pandemic broke out, our government started to put effort on the border controls while others started developing supporting or ordering the vaccine. 
This decision made us should pay more money on the vaccine this year.
Back to the a year ago, compare with the financial issue and time prediction of the epidemic control did we our government made a good choice?

3. When selecting the vaccine, we heard some are waiting for the brand they want or some have already change their mind and started to wait for the second round.
