I May Be Wrong, former forest monk Björn Natthiko Lindeblad shares his advice on how to face the uncertainty and doubt that is a natural part of life.

Session 1

1. The author said his superpower learned in 17 years as a forest monk is that he no longer trusts his thoughts. Share an experience where rigid thinking proved harmful, and how you learned to embrace a more fluid perspective?

2. The author mentioned that we often think we are powerful; we know how everyone should be. If people don't act or say as we expect, we get angry. Do you agree? The author proposes to get along well with someone, we must learn to like them for who they are. How can we cultivate this acceptance in our daily lives?

3. The author suggests repeating "I may be wrong" three times during conflict. Are you willing to try this? Do you think it could make a difference?

4. The author suggests not judging events as good or bad as it's hard to say. Moreover, He reflects that many of his worries never materialized, while unforeseen events unfolded. Do you agree with the perspectives? Share your own experiences.

Session 2

5. The author points out that blaming others, like parents, partners, or political figures, offers a sense of ease and reduces vulnerability. However, it's crucial to ask ourselves how we can contribute to resolving situations. How do you avoid blaming others when things go wrong?

6. The author mentions that our attempts to control and predict everything create tension, limit joy, and hinder wisdom. He encourages embracing the flow and accepting uncertainty. Do you agree?

7. The author suggests talking to someone who recognizes our value, instead of being alone, during difficult times. A secured and relaxed relationship can offer comfort and a sense of being loved. Do you agree? How do you navigate challenging periods?

8. The author engraved "It will be gone" on his wedding ring as a reminder of impermanence. Do you think this perspective could be beneficial in your relationships?
