Sesson One
1. What are some of the things that stop people from having fun? Make a list and tell us which one is on top of it.
2. Is fun something "frivolous and optional"? Why do some adults need to be trained to have fun again? Do you need it? How do we do that?
3. Ms. Price in the TED talk mentions about three factors of fun are playfulness, connection and flow. What are they and how do we get them? Please share an example of how we can do it.
Session Two
4. Who is one of the fun people in Yoyo? What does he/she do?
5. Please share something fun you have experienced. Why is it fun? Ask people in your group if they are willing to join you next time. Ask them why or why not, too.
5.1 What is the biggest fun thing that you have yet to do? Will you eventually make it happen?
6. If you change your mindset and start looking for fun seriously from now on, after this meeting, would it change your life? Would you do it?

1. We suggest that participants read the articles and think about the questions in advance.
2. Newcomers should prepare a two-to-three-minute self-introduction in English to deliver when called upon by the host before the start of the discussion.
3. We welcome newcomers and other guests to attend the meetings and join the discussion freely for three times. After that, we hope you will consider becoming a YoYo English Club member. We charge a NT$1000 lifetime membership fee, or NT$500 for students.
