This is Ariel. It is my pleasure to be the host again on 9/14 (Wed.). Let’s talk about time management this week.
This topic might be talked many times when we were students. Being a student, there were so many books we have to study in a limit time. So it was very important to manage our time. But actually after graduate from school, time management is still very important topic for us. You might have the experience that there are so many things to do, but never enough time to finish them. Or you waste lots of time doing something trivial. A good time management can boost our productivity. We can do more things and have more time to do what we love to do. We can be busy in what we really want. Here are some articles for your reference!

Session I
1. Let’s sort your time first! Write down the time you send in everything, for example: work, transportation, meal, sleep, chatting, reading…..and so on. Check everyone’s list and discuss if they are using time correct or wasting time.
2. What are the things that you think wasting time? What can we do to have a better usage on the time?
3. How do you management your time? If you have the experience, share any tip.

Session II
4. In every end of year, we review what we do in the past year and set new target for the coming year. What is your target this year? In the 3/4 of the year, are you on the way to achieve it? If yes, how did you do? If not, why?
5. Except your plan, is there any thing else you accomplish this year? What make it happen?
6. Let’s set a short-term target. The time frame will start from now till end of this year. Write down your plan and share with everyone. Try to help each other to make an efficient plan. Let’s check if you finish it in end year.

The super absorbent material commonly found in diapers is called Hydrogel. Seemed to be the same material for contact lenses!
Hydrogel is a colloidal gel in which water is the dispersion medium. Hydrogels are superabsorbent (they can contain over 90% of water) natural or synthetic polymers.
Common uses for hydrogel are:
In disposable diapers where they "capture" urine, or in sanitary towels
Contact lenses (silicone hydrogels)
Other, less common uses include:
Breast implants
Granules for holding soil moisture in arid areas
Dressings for healing of burn or other hard-to-heal wounds
