Other than "throw up", there are some usages to describe a feeling as through one is going to vomit:

I was about to toss my lunch!
I am sick to my stomach!
I feel nauseous!
I am going to barf!
I am going to puke!
I barfed my brains out!

Or some interjections like "yuck!", "ew...", "gross!", and so forth.
