[週六會後美食聚餐] 6/9 (Sat.) 新馬肉骨茶王

Since Singapore and Malaysia used to be ONE country, their food culture is actually the same.
Also, most of their oriental residents are the decents of immigrants from China.
This is the reason why their food are so close to the style of Chinese cuisine but only with a little of exotic essence.
To me, the two dishes that would remind me of these two places are 星洲炒米 and 肉骨茶.
What would remind you?
Or, what would you recall as a representative of these two place?
Well, if you can't think of any, try to find an unforgetting dish or two while we explore the exotic flavours in Singapore and Malaysia.
