Session I: 16/8 Intermittent Fasting
The 16/8 fasting method is possibly the easiest method we could find to improve blood sugar, boost brain function, increase longevity, and lose weight.

This video provides five main steps on how to start 16/8 intermittent fasting and how to avoid failure at the beginning. We can discuss them further during the meeting. If you are already practicing the 16/8 method, you are very welcome to join the meeting and share your experience in English.

Session II: How to be a YouTuber?
Have you ever thought about being a YouTuber? In my opinion, being a YouTuber is interesting but challenging. The interesting part is that it allows you to create your own business by sharing your experiences or skills. On the other hand, generating profit can be very difficult, just like any other competitive business.
I would like to share a successful British YouTuber with you, Ali Abdaal, who is a doctor turned entrepreneur. He is currently 29 years old and started his YouTube channel approximately six years ago. He now has over four million subscribers.
Over the years, Ali has learned a few things about how to grow a successful channel. In this video, he explains exactly what he would do if he were to start a YouTube channel in 2023. You can give it a try by following his steps and then decide if being a YouTuber is something you'd like to pursue.
