Session I: 16/8 Intermittent Fasting

The 16/8 fasting method is possibly the easiest method we could find to improve blood sugar, boost brain function, increase longevity, and lose weight.
If you are a beginner in this 16/8 method and want to try it out to see if it works for you, please watch the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-un0vS5e8w
This video provides five main steps on how to start 16/8 intermittent fasting and how to avoid failure at the beginning. We can discuss them further during the meeting. If you are already practicing the 16/8 method, you are very welcome to join the meeting and share your experience in English.

Questions:
1. How familiar are you with 16/8 fasting? Have you tried it before? If so, how was your experience? If not, would you consider giving it a try? Please explain your reasons for trying or not trying it.

2. Among the benefits of improving blood sugar, boosting brain function, increasing longevity, and losing weight, which one would be the most appealing to you as a reason to try 16/8 fasting?

3. Among the five steps: understanding how 16/8 fasting works, fighting your hunger pangs, drinking loads of water, avoid snaking by sleeping earlier, and not overindulging in unhealthy food, which step do you find the most challenging or the easiest? Why?

4. Do you have any other suggestions or personal experiences regarding diets that can contribute to our health?

5. Any other questions about 16/8 fasting for the host?

Session II: How to be a YouTuber?

Have you ever thought about being a YouTuber? In my opinion, being a YouTuber is interesting but challenging. The interesting part is that it allows you to create your own business by sharing your experiences or skills. On the other hand, generating profit can be very difficult, just like any other competitive business.
I would like to share a successful British YouTuber with you, Ali Abdaal, who is a doctor turned entrepreneur. He is currently 29 years old and started his YouTube channel approximately six years ago. He now has over four million subscribers.
Over the years, Ali has learned a few things about how to grow a successful channel. In this video, he explains exactly what he would do if he were to start a YouTube channel in 2023. You can give it a try by following his steps and then decide if being a YouTuber is something you'd like to pursue.

Please watch his video for more details:
“If I Started a YouTube Channel in 2023, I'd Do This"

Questions:
1. On average, how much time do you spend on YouTube per week? Why do you spend so much or so little time on it?

2. Which types of YouTube channels do you prefer, such as educational, vlogging, informative, or entertainment-focused ones? Additionally, please share your favorite YouTube channels with us. Why do you like them so much?

3. Do you believe being a YouTuber is a good career choice? After watching this video, are you willing to give it a try by following the three-level steps mentioned:Get going with 3 videos, Get good with 7 videos and Get smart with understanding the game and utilizing strategy? Which part do you think would be the most challenging for you?

4. The speaker mentioned that in order to get smart on YouTube, we need to figure out our interests, strengths, unfair advantages, and target market. If you evaluate yourself based on those factors, can you find anything worthwhile to do through your YouTube channel?

5. Any other questions for the host?
