It is my pleasure to host the meeting on 01/07. New Year’s resolutions have been discussed in YoYo meetings before, but I believe the start of a new year is the perfect time to revisit this topic.
The article we’ll be discussing is a bit longer, but it’s easy to read. I hope you will share your experiences and insights, and also learn from the methods others have used. Hearing about others’ experiences might inspire new ideas and strategies for your own resolutions.

Session I:
1.Do you usually make New Year’s resolutions? Why or why not? How have your resolutions turned out in the past?
2.Please share some of your New Year’s resolutions with your table members. What is your plan to achieve them this year?
3.Which personal development resolution from the article resonates most with you, and why?
4.How can mindfulness or meditation improve our daily lives? Have you tried it before?
Session II
5.What’s one small habit you’d like to incorporate into your daily routine to improve your well-being?
6.What challenges do you think you might face in reducing screen time or doing a digital detox?
7.How do you currently express gratitude in your life, and how can you build on this?
8.Is there a skill you’ve always wanted to learn? What’s stopping you from pursuing it?
