【Introduction by Tim】
50 Psychology Classics by Tom Butler-Bowdon is easy and good for beginners to get into the world of psychology. Even if you just want to improve yourself and understand what your neighbors are thinking when they ignore you when you try to say hello to them.
Although it's a summary-type of book, the description and introduction of the psychologist are really good for further studying.
Like "Thinking, Fast and slow" is a common idea that was proposed by Daniel Kahneman.
Every time when I feel bored or feel like learning something new, just one chapter can get me into a 7 days long research. So yeah... It's a really good one.
【Provisional Schedule】
• Overall schedule: 11/30/24 – 2/10/24 (10 weeks)
• Week progress: 5 classics per week
Notes:
Some of our discussion in LINE Reading Group will be recorded and posted in the comments of this forum thread. Thanks!
